WOMAN Activity Tracker & the 2008 WOMAN Challenge!

"I'm a first time challenger and I'm loving it. It has been awesome and I appreciate the tips, bonuses and the emails I have received-it helps get me through. I'm very excited about my accomplishments since I've started the challenge and it's wonderful. This has motivated me to take a closer look at my health and how healthier I want to be. Thank you again and keep up the work everyone. Good Luck All!"

"GrapeVine Cherries are Parish Nurses who partner with the Wisconsin Women's Health Foundation to enhance rural women's awareness of health issues that disproportionately affect women, or affect women differently than men. Physical activity usually helps to improve the health of women in the Cherries' communities. Whether heart, diabetes, osteoporosis, mental wellness, or cancer recovery, even a gentle walk-about can make a body feel better. And the Cherries are the berry best!"
